All PAY'S shipments are under the DDU Delivery Duty Unpaid. This means that you may be subject to taxes and entry fees outside of Mexico which are taxed by local authorities and legislations. The total amount of the taxes and the rights you can pay for the purchase can not be calculated.

Important information

Some items in collaboration with artists have a limited stock of pieces and may be subject to produce at the moment of purchase so your shipment may take 7 business days more than normal. To avoid major inconveniences if your purchase includes several articles, you can send these articles separately in collaboration with artists.

Colors

We do not guarantee that the colors of the website are the same as those seen in physical. That depends in part on the color settings of your computer or monitor, as well as the light and / or the filters used for the photos.

Returns

We always try to send correctly. However, PAY’S will make refunds and / or changes only if the item received is not the originally ordered or if it presents a defect. Within 14 days of receiving the item send an email to shop@ppaayyss.com with the subject "Return request" and your order number, and we will give you the instructions to return your purchase.
